Institute for Governance and Development (IGD Nepal)
Established in 2000 (Regd. No. 413/057/58) as an independent, non-partisan civil society organization. IGD is committed to enhancing the capacity of both citizens and public sphere institutions to engage together to build a just and democratic society through appropriate institutional and procedural choices. It strives for the achievement of equity, justice, inclusion, and transformation with a preponderant focus on citizen participation and empowerment with a view to contribute towards deepening democracy, strengthening participatory governance, and the progressive realization of justice for peace and positive transformation of society.
